Wedding arrangements

To be approved and finalised by the couple

Upon arrival

Transfer from and to Hue or Danang airport
Welcome beverage and bouquet of flowers
Fresh flowers and fruit basket in your room daily

Pre-wedding

Pre-wedding consultancy with our wedding coordinator

60-minute body treatment plus manicure and pedicure for the bride and groom
Assistance with wedding gown and outfits, dressing of the couple

During the wedding ceremony

We will provide the wedding celebrant with a commemorative wedding certificate.
Wedding pavilion elegantly decorated in contemporary style. This includes flowers, lanterns, candles and flower petal confetti
Elegant bouquet of flowers for bride & buttonhole for groom
Wedding cake & other celebration items according to vietnamese traditional wedding (if requested)
Escort couple to wedding pavilion in vietnamese traditional style. (upon request, highly recommended)
Vietnamese traditional wedding ceremony (Western style option also available)

Post-wedding ceremony

Cocktail includes refreshments and Champagne for the couple.
Live musicians, violinist & guitar or traditional vietnamese music (optional)

Private romantic candle lit dinner for two, choice of venue

Memorable honeymoon evening

Relaxation with floral bath and essential oils in villa
Turn down service includes romantic wedding themed deco (chocolates, strawberries, drinks…)
