Surcharge for upgrade to Honeymoon Pool Hut: VND 823.000 net/ villa/ night and Traditional Vietnamese Pool House: VND 2.350.000 net/ villa/ night.

Term & condition:
– Occupancy per villa is maximum for 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years old share the same villa and existing bed. Only room & breakfast are applicable for children sharing with parents.
– Package is required to book in advance before arrival date and upon availability and confirmation.
– This special offer is not cumulative and exchangeable with any other promotional program.
– Compulsory X-mas and New Year Eve dinner is applied for guest on 24 & 31 Dec with the rate at VND 1.410.000 net/ adult and VND 705.000 net/ child.

Cancellation Policy:
– 50% of total revenue will be charged for any cancellation within 45 days – 16 days before arrival date.
– 100% of total revenue will be charged for any cancellation within 15 days before arrival date.

Payment Policy:
– 50% deposit is required 45 days before arrival date.
– The balance is required to be settled 15 days before arrival date.
