Cancellation policy:

Any cancellation within 21 days prior to the check-in date will be charged 30% of total revenue.
Any cancellation within 14 days prior to the check-in date will be charged 50% of total revenue.
No-show or cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full revenue.
Any shortening of stay within 10 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full revenue the day cancelled.

Payment policy:

Payment will be settled 21 days before the arrival date.
