Occupancy per villa is maximum for 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years old share the same villa and existing bed. Only room & breakfast are applicable for children sharing with parents
Package is required to book in advance before arrival date and upon availability and confirmation.

Compulsory X-mas and New Year Eve dinner is applied for guest on 24 & 31 Dec with the rate at VND 1.410.000 net/ adult and VND 705.000 net/ child.
Cancellation Policy:
50% of total revenue will be charged for any cancellation within 45 days – 16 days before arrival date.
100% of total revenue will be charged for any cancellation within 15 days before arrival date.
Payment Policy:
50% deposit is required 45 days before arrival date.
The balance is required to be settled 15 days before arrival date.
